The circuit training program incorporated at Silhouette has
become a popular way to
receive a full cardio and muscular workout in 30 to 45
minutes.
Silhouette
Studio, which opened in April 2004 in the Albertsons shopping
center, in the former
location of Country Photo, caters to women of all ages in a
congenial atmosphere. The
studio contains the newest user-friendly circuit training
equipment with on-site support
staff, yoga classes, massage therapy, a high-quality line of
skin care products, and
a children’s center where kids can play and be watched by
their parents while they work
out.
